Registration and Class Policies
· Registration for classes can be made in person, by email or by phone/text.
· All class fees are to be paid 10 days prior to class beginning. This guarantees you a place in the class. Online form of payment preferred is electronic interac transfer however on-line credit card payment can be arranged for purchases over $50.00. Form of payments accepted in the Studio are cash, debit or credit card.
· Cancellations must be made at least 1 WEEK (7 DAYS) PRIOR to the class date to receive a full refund. Refunds will be provided in the form of a store credit only. Any late cancellations will forfeit the registration fee.
· A minimum of 2 students is required for a class to be held. Heirloom Treasures reserves the right to cancel up to 24 hours prior to any class for insufficient registration. A full refund will be issued to affected students.
· Heirloom Treasures reserves the right to cancel 24 hours prior to any class if weather does not permit or in case of emergency. In the event of a class cancellation, Heirloom Treasures has the right to reschedule the class or to issue a full refund for the class.
· For those classes provided online via Zoom, students are responsible for downloading Zoom for their chosen platform and for any charges that arise from the use of Zoom.
· You will receive a supply list via email approx. 7 – 10 days prior to the class. Please ensure that we have a valid and correct email address for you.
· You are welcome to use fabric and supplies from your own stash, however, please arrange to have all supplies ready prior to the class. Kits for all the classes can be created for you based on your choices. Please contact the Studio for pricing and details. All registered students will receive a 10% discount on regularly priced merchandise bought from the Studio for a class.
· Please bring a lunch/snack for any in-Studio classes that run over the noon hour.
· Please personalize all your belongings before attending any in-Studio classes. Heirloom Treasures is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
